Overall Operations Guide: How to Use Fit3D Devices Overall

What devices do you use for scanning & viewing results.

Fit3D offers two types of scanning devices — the ProScanner and SNAP — designed to deliver accurate, private, and cloud-connected body assessments.
Below is an overview of how each device works and how to view your results.

🧍‍♂️ Scanning Devices

1. Fit3D ProScanner

  • The ProScanner is a full-body scanning platform with a rotating base and fixed camera tower.

  • Clients stand on the turntable and hold the handles while the scanner captures a full 3D image.

  • The scan automatically uploads to the Fit3D Cloud once complete — no manual transfer required.

2. Fit3D SNAP

  • SNAP uses your own Android tablet to perform the scan — no turntable or handles required.

  • Simply set up the tablet on a stable stand, open the Fit3D SNAP App, and follow the on-screen instructions.

  • The app captures a 3D image and securely uploads it to the Fit3D Cloud.

  • SNAP is ideal for businesses that want fast setup, minimal equipment, and immediate access to results.

☁️ Viewing Your Results

All Fit3D dashboards and reports are cloud-based.
This means you and your clients can view results anytime, anywhere — independent of the scanning device.

You can log in at www.fit3d.com using your account credentials to access your dashboard.

You can view your results on:

  • A mobile phone

  • An iPad or tablet

  • A laptop or desktop computer

  • A TV or large monitor (for group review or consultations)

You can also review scans remotely — perfect for trainers or health professionals working with clients online or at multiple locations.

🏠 Recommended Setup

We suggest designating an assessment room in your facility.
This provides:

  • Privacy for clients during the scan

  • A professional environment for reviewing results

  • Better lighting and consistent scan quality

Having a dedicated space helps maintain consistency and reinforces the professionalism of your client experience.
