How to use your SNAP Referral Link

Earn Monthly Credits by Referring Other Businesses to Fit3D

Your Fit3D referral link makes it easy to recommend SNAP by Fit3D to other fitness, wellness, weight-loss, nutrition, and medical businesses.

For every new Fit3D customer who subscribes through your referral link, your facility receives a $20 monthly subscription credit while that referred customer remains active.

NOTE: Five active referrals can offset the full cost of a $100 monthly SNAP subscription.

Find Your Referral Link

Your referral link is created shortly after your SNAP subscription is activated.

To access it:

  1. Open your Fit3D referral dashboard: link
    1. or open your Activation email from Fit3D
    2. or ask our help team at help@fit3d.com
  2. Sign in using the email address connected to your referral account.
  3. Copy your personal referral link.
  4. Save the link somewhere your staff can easily access it.

You may also have a referral code that can be entered during checkout.

Keep the link and code connected to your facility so Fit3D can correctly track your referrals.

Share Your Referral Link

Add your referral link anywhere another business owner may learn about your experience with Fit3D.

Recommended places include:

  • Instagram and Facebook posts
  • LinkedIn posts
  • Email newsletters
  • Your website
  • YouTube video descriptions
  • Business-owner groups
  • Direct messages to other wellness professionals
  • Client transformation posts
  • Industry events and presentations

The strongest referral posts usually explain how your business actually uses SNAP, rather than only posting a sales message.

What to Post

Consider sharing:

  • Why your business added SNAP
  • How scans support consultations or assessments
  • How clients react to their 3D results
  • How you use comparison scans to show progress
  • How SNAP supports retention or program renewals
  • Your experience completing the SNAP Launch Lab
  • A client success story, with appropriate permission

Example social post

We use SNAP by Fit3D to give our clients a visual and measurable baseline, then compare future scans to show progress beyond the scale.

Use Your Referral Link With Client Stories

Transformation stories are often the most effective way to introduce Fit3D to another business owner.

When sharing a client story:

  1. Explain the client’s original goal.
  2. Show the role SNAP played in tracking progress.
  3. Describe how the results supported the client conversation.
  4. Include your referral link.
  5. Invite other business owners to learn more.

Always use your own locally compliant release and marketing-consent process before publishing client images, scan results, measurements, or personal information.

Client access permissions do not automatically authorize marketing use.

Make Your Referral Code Easy to Remember

Depending on your referral-dashboard options, you may be able to update your referral code.

Choose something short and recognizable, such as:

  • Your business name
  • Your Instagram handle
  • Your location name
  • A short version of your brand

Avoid codes that are difficult to spell or remember.

How Referral Credits Work

When a new customer subscribes through your tracked link or eligible referral code:

  • The referral is connected to your account.
  • The new customer must maintain an active Fit3D subscription.
  • Your facility receives a $20 monthly bill credit for each active referred customer.
  • Credits continue while the referred subscription remains active.

Use the referral dashboard to review the referrals and credits currently associated with your account.

Referral Best Practices

For the best results:

  • Share your real experience using SNAP.
  • Include the link directly in the post or message.
  • Explain who SNAP is designed for.
  • Use client stories only with proper permission.
  • Tag Fit3D in social posts.
  • Reuse the link regularly rather than posting it only once.
  • Encourage interested businesses to subscribe through your link before checking out.
