Using my Admin / Coach Accounts
This article will walk you through the process of submitting a form to add an Admin to your facility.
View facility activity, manage staff access, find participant scans, and review progress from the Fit3D Dashboard.
Sign in at dashboard.fit3d.com using the Fit3D account connected to your facility.
Here's a quick video of the Admin / Coach dashboard and a more comprehensive demo of the Success Hub.
Administrator and Coach Access
Your dashboard experience depends on your assigned role and the permissions participants have granted.
Facility administrators can:
- Review facility scanning activity
- Search for participant scans
- View available reports and comparisons
- Add or remove coaches
- Monitor coach and facility usage
Coaches can:
- View participants who have shared access with them
- Open available scan reports
- Review progress over time
- Download available reports or measurements
Participants control who can access their information. Administrator or coach access does not automatically provide full access to every participant’s scan.
Review Facility Activity
The Usage Dashboard provides a high-level view of how SNAP is being used at your facility.
Depending on your account configuration, you may see:
- Total users
- Active coaches
- Completed scans
- New and active users
- Scan activity over time
- Coach activity
- Participant questionnaires
- Facility wins and engagement trends
Use these trends to understand whether SNAP is becoming a consistent part of your client journey.
Add or Remove Coaches
Facility administrators can manage coach access from the Manage Coaches page. This video will give you a visual also.
To add a coach:
- Select Manage Coaches.
- Find the staff member’s Fit3D account.
- Select Add as Coach.
- Confirm the coach can sign in and access the appropriate participants.
To remove access, locate the coach and select Remove as Coach.
A coach may need to create a Fit3D account or complete a scan before their account appears in the facility list.
Find a Participant Scan
- Select My Clients.
- Open Client Scans.
- Search using the participant’s name or email address.
- Locate the correct scan date.
- Confirm that the scan status is complete.
- Open the available report or actions menu.
Always confirm that you are reviewing the correct participant and scan date.
Review a Participant Report
The information available in a report depends on your access level and the participant’s sharing permissions.
Available sections may include:
- 3D body images or silhouettes
- Body measurements
- Wellness metrics
- Body-composition estimates
- Posture
- Balance
- Participant questionnaire responses
- Previous scans and comparisons
Focus the review on the participant’s stated goal rather than trying to discuss every available metric.
Compare Progress Over Time
When multiple scans are available, use the comparison tools to review changes between scan dates.
Confirm that:
- Both scans belong to the same participant
- The correct dates were selected
- The participant used the same Fit3D account
- Both scans were completed under consistent conditions
Use the comparison to identify visible and measurable progress, discuss what may have contributed to the change, and establish the next goal.
Request Additional Access
Some participants may only share limited information with the facility or coach.
When additional access is required:
- Open the participant’s actions menu.
- Select the available access-request option.
- Submit the request.
- Ask the participant to review and approve it.
Do not pressure a participant to share information they are not comfortable sharing.

Download Reports or Measurements

- Download the participant’s report
- Download available measurements
- Open scan history
- Create a comparison
- Review questionnaire information
Only download or share participant information for legitimate client-service purposes and in accordance with your organization’s privacy procedures.
