Multiple Tablets Under 1 Subscription?

Our policy is 1 tablet per location per subscription 

A SNAP subscription is licensed for one scanning tablet at one location. If you'd like to have two or more tablets available for scanning at the same facility, you'll need a separate subscription for each tablet.

For example:

  • 1 location + 1 tablet = 1 SNAP license
  • 1 location + 2 tablets = 2 SNAP licenses
  • 1 location + 3 tablets = 3 SNAP licenses

This allows each tablet to operate as its own scanning station, so multiple team members can perform scans without having to share or move a single device.

Your scan data and client results will still be available through the Fit3D dashboard, so adding another scanning tablet does not mean creating a completely separate client experience.
