Setting Up SNAP

We want you to get set up with SNAP within the first week to hit the ground running! Follow the steps in the article below to make the most out of your first week with SNAP.

Phase 1 - Setting Up

After sign-up, we want you to get set up with SNAP within the first week to hit the ground running. Most businesses can get set up within a day or so, but if you are focused, about an hour out of your day after sign-up will get you through the first 5 steps!

1. Purchase your Tablet
If you haven't already, purchase your SNAP-approved tablet. We have 2 approved tablets - the Samsung Galaxy A9 Plus (link) or the Samsung Galaxy S10 FE (link).

2. Download the App
Visit fit3d.com/download to download the app and install it on your tablet.

3. Register with the Activation Code
Your activation code is emailed to you 1 business day after signing up.

4. Create Your Admin Account
Open the SNAP by Fit3D app on your tablet and click "sign up." Fill out the details and take your first scan. Once done, you can fill out the form here and our team will assign you access within a business day or two.

5. Schedule a your meeting with your success manager!

After your activation code is sent, you will get a text from your Success manager to set up a meeting for the first week. This quick chat is to answer any questions, understand your goals and get you set up for success with Fit3D!
