How is the quality compared to the ProScanner?
The Fit3D ProScanner and SNAP by Fit3D are very similar in scan quality. Snap offers additional features such as VAT, color scans, and more to come!
How do I get my Activation Code?
The Fit3D support team will email you an activation code after signing up for SNAP. You can expect to receive it about 1 business day after signing up and you can begin scanning immediately after activating.
How do you get the tablet?
You can purchase the Samsung tablet directly from Samsung, Amazon, or Best Buy. Approved Samsung tablets cost around $300, making them both affordable and easy to obtain.
Do I need a scale?
Yes, you will have to input a weight metric to run our assessments. You can manually enter this, but we recommend you have a weight scale next to the scanner for an easy measurement.
Why would you get a ProScanner - is SNAP the same quality & less expensive?
Many of our customers have begun using SNAP and find the quality and features of SNAP to be on par or better than the original ProScanner models. Additionally, it is a much more affordable product, with no shipping wait times and reduced hardware upkeep.
Are you going to stop supporting ProScanner?
No. Fit3D will continue to support the ProScanner model.
Will SNAP offer Posture?
Yes, the Fit3D team is working on adding the Posture feature to SNAP in the very near future.
Do the reports change?
SNAP and Fit3D have the same backend used for Scan Processing and Cloud Dashboards. The only difference is that SNAP does not have a balance report and postural reports currently.
