Fit3D provides you with two powerful ways to manage your 3D body scans and client profiles — through our Android or iPad scanning app and our secure web platform for viewing and managing results.

The Fit3D Apple iOS App (for Scanning)

To perform scans using the Fit3D SNAP system on an iPad, you’ll need our official Fit3D iOS App.

The app allows you to capture high-quality 3D body scans using a compatible Apple iPad — no bulky scanning hardware required. It connects directly to your Fit3D account, so scans automatically sync to your facility’s cloud dashboard.

Note: The iOS app is used for scanning only. You’ll continue to view and manage all scan results through our secure Fit3D web portal.

Fit3D Web Platform (for Viewing & Managing Scans)

Fit3D’s web-based platform provides you with comprehensive access to your body scans, reports, and account management tools. It works on any device with a browser, ensuring that you can securely access your scans and profile information anytime, anywhere.

Step-by-Step: How to Log In to Your Fit3D Account

  1. Open Your Web Browser
    You can use any device that has a web browser:

    • Smartphones: iPhone, Android, or other smartphones.

    • Tablets: iPads, Android tablets, or similar.

    • Computers: Any desktop or laptop computer.

    • Smart TVs: If your TV has internet browsing capability, you can access Fit3D as well.

  2. Visit the Fit3D Portal
    Go to the Fit3D Portal to reach the login page of our web platform.

  3. Log In to Your Account
    Enter your email and password to access your Fit3D account. If you’re new, register by following the on-screen prompts.

    • View Your Scans: Review 3D scans and compare results.

    • Update Profile Info: Manage personal and facility details.

Access Fit3D Like an App

If you prefer an app-like experience for viewing your results, you can add a Fit3D shortcut icon to your phone’s home screen.

This creates a one-tap shortcut that opens the mobile website in full-screen mode — just like a native app.

How to Add the Shortcut:

  • On iPhone (Safari): Tap the Share icon → Add to Home Screen.

  • On Android (Chrome): Tap the Menu (⋮) icon → Add to Home Screen.

Once added, you can access your Fit3D portal instantly from your home screen.
