How do I delete my Fit3D Account?

To request permanent deletion of your Fit3D account and the personal data associated with it, submit the account deletion request form.

Enter the email address linked to your Fit3D account so we can verify ownership. Please do not submit your password or other sensitive information.

What happens next

Fit3D Support will verify that you own the account. We may contact you for additional information needed to complete that verification.

After verification, we will permanently delete your Fit3D account, profile, scan history, and scan results. We may retain limited information only when required by law or needed for security, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution.

Verified deletion requests are normally completed within 30 days. We will confirm by email when deletion is complete. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
