When reaching out to our Support Team you will want to share with us your ProScanner Scanner Code in order to begin troubleshooting
To get started, please provide us with your ProScanner ID.
It can be found by following the steps below:
1: Open your ProScanner App
2: Go to "Settings"
3: You should see "SystemID:" - please send me that information so I can begin to troubleshoot.
Please note that often times you can also share one of the serial numbers found on the Camera Tower, Base, or Turntable for our team to begin troubleshooting any issues on your ProScanner.
