If you're experiencing issues with logging in, consider resetting your password.
  • To reset your password, use the "Don't Remember your Password?" link under the login fields.
  • On the Reset your password page, enter the email address associated with your Fit3D account and click "Send Email."
  • Once you receive your password reset email, follow the link included to reset your password.
    • Don't see the email? Make sure double-check that the reset email was not routed to a spam or junk folder in your email inbox. Additionally, check that you have entered the email address correctly and there are no typos.
