Ownership Transfer of Fit3D ProScanner

What to do if you are selling your Fit3D ProScanner to a 3rd party buyer, or if you have just purchased a used ProScanner

Please note that Fit3D does not buy back ProScanners or assist with the selling of older machines to 3rd parties. In the event that your business closes down or you simply want to sell your ProScanner system to another user, you are able to proceed with the sale.

Disclaimer for New Owners

  • Fit3D does not manage or verify third-party sales (e.g., Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace)

  • Warranties do not transfer

  • A $500 activation fee  and service plan are required to connect the unit to Fit3D servers

  • Fit3D no longer produces or issues replacement parts on Fit3D ProScanners

There are 2 things you should know. 

1. There is a transfer fee charged to the new owner for registration and a required subscription plan. This covers where we remove data off your machine for client privacy and then we setup the new machine for the new owner.

2. The new client will sign up for a service subscription tier. If you are the new owner of a previously owned machine and you need help with this process, you can file a support ticket & we can help.
