How do I buy a ProScanner
The demand for the ProScanner is about 16 weeks currently as demand continues to outweigh our ability to keep up with production. We operate on a first come, first serve basis so to purchase your Fit3D ProScanner and get into the delivery queue, please take the following actions:

After purchasing, you will receive an order confirmation and we will touch base with you to confirm your shipping address as your delivery date comes near. Your Service Plan term will not start until 7 business days after we've shipped you your ProScanner.

What is the accuracy of Fit3D
While we can tell you the accuracy, I'd rather just cite peer reviewed research articles. You can find some of those on a recent blog post we created (blog link).
How should I use Fit3D in my business
Some of our customers charge for scans, which is totally reasonable, but we believe it leaves a lot of money on the table.
Our most successful customers price scans at around $50 per scan and then include them (for free) with membership packages. IE. they use scans as a loss leader to get members to sign up for a plan or to upgrade their plans.
All of our customers advertise Fit3D in their advertisements. IE. come check us out and get a free Fit3D scan to help us set a baseline and track your progress.
How do my clients / members access their data
Fit3D reports are cloud enabled, interactive, web reports. So after a scan, your members will login to their accounts at www.dashboard.fit3d.com on any device. They will be able to see their scan, measurements, balance, posture, body composition, and compare their current scan from previous scans to evaluate the differences in their body... thanks to your programming.
Does the ProScanner by Fit3D offer body composition
Yes. We worked with Mount Sinai, UCSF, University of Hawaii, and DexaFit to build a dataset of hundreds of thousands of users who took Fit3D scans and immediately took DEXA scans. We then build an AI engine atop this data to be able to predict body fat percentage based on the input and controlled data.
What happens if something breaks on my machine
Our technical support team is readily available to run remote diagnostics on your machine, troubleshoot the problem, and provide the components necessary for you to replace. Most replacements take no more than 5 minutes and they are generally plug and play components.
How do I get my Activation Code?
After signing up for your subscription, we will issue a Fit3D Activation code to you within 2 business days. Your service term will start 1 business day after we send you your Activation Code.
This being said, we will start issuing Fit3D Activation Codes for SNAP by Fit3D between November 1, 2024 and November 15, 2024.
