ProScanner Registration Status

Understanding the ProScanner Registration Status error and how to resolve.

If you see the ProScanner Registration status Error then most likely your facility has not yet switched over to the new SPEv2 processing engine yet.


In order to gain access to the new scan processing, please follow the steps below:

- Sign up for one of the 3 Service Plans - Standard, Plus or Premium (be sure to enter in the correct activation code for your facility at sign up to help reduce activation delays)

- Contact our Service team to ensure activation of your facility and reduce service interruptions
