Sensor Connection Error - Step 2 - All Versions

Please follow the steps in the Control Module and Sensor Testing Video to troubleshoot sensor connection errors for V4, V5, and V6 systems.

Please note that there are different guides based on which version of the scanner you have. If you do not know which version ProScanner please follow these steps to check.

  • V4 ProScanner - Testing for Primesense Sensors
  • V5 ProScanner - Testing for Occipital Sensors
  • V6 ProScanner - Testing for Astra Orrbec Sensors
