Information on the Fit3D Service Plans

Overview

Fit3D implemented new Service Plans on June 1, 2023, which you can see and sign up for below.  Fit3D implemented these Service Plans to ensure that it could maintain and upgrade its scan processing infrastructure, further invest into customer service, and continue to lead the market with its innovative solution.

Plans Broken Down

Fit3D Standard Service

The Standard Service will allow Fit3D customers to have unlimited end-user and coach accounts and unlimited scans.  It will come with one or more admin accounts.

Customers on this plan will have their scans processed on our newest scan processing servers, which means scans will commonly be processed and available within 4 minutes after being fully uploaded to our servers.

Customers on the Standard plan will be in our prioritized Customer Service queue, in the case that a service request is needed.  Customers on this plan will have any part replacements processed as Standard RMAs (read more here).

Fit3D Plus Service

The Plus Service plan will receive all of the benefits of the Standard Service plan as well as a few other important benefits.

End-User Scan Data: Customers on the Plus Plan will be able to download data from a private dashboard.  The data included in this tier will include: user name, user email, date and time of scan, user weight, user height, body fat percentage, lean mass, and fat mass.  This data can be exported from Fit3D and imported into the Customer's CRM or analytics platforms for private use. 

      • Data Billing and Availability: Data will only be made available for paid months.   For example, if a Customer signs up for the Plus Service for January and February of 2023, but then does not pay for this plan in March 2023, and resigns up for the plan in April, 2023.  Fit3D would make end-user data available for January, February, and April 2023... but not March, 2023.  The Customer may pay for March 2023 data and then it will be made available.
      • Data Privacy: Any data downloaded or made available from Fit3D must be safeguarded the same as Fit3D would safeguard the data as defined in our privacy policy and terms of use.

Consulting: Fit3D will provide 30 minutes of consulting per quarter to Customers on the Plus Plan.  These consulting sessions are designed to help you get the most of your Fit3D integration.  We will discuss Fit3D usage and program integration best practices and help you maximize the value you get from Fit3D.

Customer Service and Advanced RMA: Customer service requests, from Customers on the Plus Plan, will be placed into a prioritized service queue.  In the event that a replacement part is needed, Fit3D will process the replacement as an Advanced RMA (read more here).  In this plan, Fit3D Customers will normally have their troubleshooting problems remedied substantially faster than Customers on the Basic or Standard plans.

Fit3D Premium Service

The Premium Service plan will receive all of the benefits of the Plus Service plan as well as a few other important benefits.

End-User Scan Data: Customers on the Plus Plan will be able to download data from a private dashboard.  The data included in this tier will include: user name, user email, date and time of scan, user weight, user height, body fat percentage, lean mass, and fat mass. The Customer can select 10 additional measurements, which may include wellness metrics or anthropometric measurements to be included in this downloadable dataset.  The desired measurements can only be modified once per 12 months and any requested changes will only impact future data and may take 30 days to process.  This data can be exported from Fit3D and imported into the Customer's CRM or analytics platforms for private use. 

      • Data Billing and Availability: Data will only be made available for paid months. For example, if a Customer signs up for the Premium Service for January and February of 2023, but then does not pay for this plan in March 2023, and resigns up for the plan in April, 2023.  Fit3D would make end-user data available for January, February, and April 2023... but not March, 2023.  The Customer may pay for March 2023 data and then it will be made available.

Frequently Asked Questions

I use Fit3D to provide simple assessments, but do not review scans with the member / patient... what plan is best for my business?

We recommend the Standard Plan.  The standard plan allows for unlimited end-users, scans, and coaches.  Your scans will also process on our expedited scan processing queue, which means scans will process and be available in 3-4 minutes after being uploaded to our processing servers. 

The Standard Plan does, however come with Standard RMA processing, which means that if a part breaks (like a handle or a tablet) it may take longer to resolve as per our RMA policy, which you can read here (link).

I use Fit3D to acquire new members... what plan is best for my business?

We recommend the Standard Plan.  The standard plan allows for unlimited end-users, scans, and coaches.  Your scans will also process on our expedited scan processing queue, which means scans will process and be available in 3-4 minutes after being uploaded to our processing servers.

I rely on Fit3D to get members into higher tier programs... what plan is best for my business?

We recommend the Plus Plan.  The Plus Plan provides all of the benefits of the Standard Plan, but also provides downloadable scan and user wellness metrics, which you can use to correlate success across your member base.

The Plus Plan also comes with Advanced RMA (ARMA) processing, which means that if a part breaks (like a handle or a tablet), we will pre-ship you the replacement part vs. trying to repair your faulty part.  You can read more about this here (link).  ARMA will have you up and running in the fastest timelines possible.

 

I use Fit3D to help me run and track challenges

If your members' success is primarily based on weight or body composition... We recommend the Plus Plan.

If your members' success is based on body measurements... We recommend the Premium Plan.

We all know that data recording and data processing is the hardest part of determining challenge winners and losers.  With the Plus or Premium Plan, you can download the Fit3D users scan data into an excel file.  From here you can easily determine the winner of your challenge without the hassle of recording values or running analytics to determine the winner.
