If you have submitted a ticket and are waiting to hear back or check on the status of the ticket, follow the steps below.

If you have an open or pending service ticket with Fit3D, please feel free to check for updates by going to the Tickets View at service.fit3d.com to review the current status of your request.

Please note that you will have to login using the same email address and password that you initially created.
