      Turntable Won't Stop Spinning

      Please follow the steps below to send our team information about your turntable won't stop spinning issue.

      We need to take a look to see if the issue is with your control module, your turntable, or potentially both. To do this, please follow these steps below:
      1. Power off the scanner (unplug the power cord)
      2. Step behind the scanner and take a video of the following:
        1. Powering on the scanner (plug it back in)
        2. Make sure you are recording with both the lights on the back of the tower and the turntable in view
        3. Record at least 2-3 turns of the turntable
        4. Once the video is complete, please power off the scanner again
        5. Send the video over to Fit3D team for review
