SNAP is the first-of-its-kind 3D body scanning solution, designed to provide accurate and high-quality scans. To ensure optimal performance, it is essential to use a compatible device.
We only have 2 approved tablet device families: Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 and Samsung Galaxy Tab S10. We have not qualified SNAP by Fit3D on any other tablets, and therefore cannot control for scan quality.
Tablet Selection
The SNAP solution relies on the exceptional camera and lens quality of high-end tablets, which is why we recommend specific Samsung models. Using another brand or even a different Samsung model may result in lens distortion, negatively affecting the scan quality.
For the best experience, we require you to use one of the following approved tablets:

Choosing one of these models will guarantee the best scanning conditions and results.
What about other Android Tablets?
Other tablets are not approved at this time. We cannot guarantee compatibility of the hardware with our app. We selected the approved tablets based on the minimal lens distortion with Samsung Devices versus other Android tablets on the market. Lens distortion has a huge impact on the quality of scans for any 3D body scanning solution.
