How do you get the tablet?
Please purchase a Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 FE tablet (purchase link).  We chose this tablet because the camera and lens quality is best in class and affordable for every of our customers.  It also works best wish our custom stand manufacturer, which we'll share below.

Do I need a tablet stand and which one should I buy?

We strongly recommend a tablet stand.  It will help control the height and tilt requirements of taking a scan so that it is 100% easy for your users to capture SNAP scans.  It also gives your facility a professional look when offering the SNAP by Fit3D service.

We have sourced tablet stands by COMPULOCKS, which you can purchase here (white stand purchase link, black stand purchase link).  These stands are super easy to setup, have a locking tablet case, and allow for lighted custom graphics on the front panel to make your business stand out.

Do I need a scale?

Yes, you will need to purchase a scale to input weight into the SNAP by Fit3D scanning application.  Any scale will do and they are readily available on Amazon or at other locations.

Why would you get a ProScanner is SNAP is the same quality & less expensive?

The ProScanner is still one of the most amazing machines in the world.  It brings a look of absolute professionalism into your facility and wows clients and members when they use it.  If you have the space and the budget, we are still big fans of the ProScanner by Fit3D.

On the other hand, SNAP by Fit3D was invented to make 3D body scanning available to all fitness and wellness businesses, regardless of space or budget.

Will you still support the ProScanner?

Yes.  We will still sell and support the Fit3D ProScanner.  We take care of our customers in all circumstances.

Will SNAP offer Posture?
At this time, we will not offer posture through SNAP, but we believe this feature will be available in the near future.

Does SNAP have different 3D scan reports?
SNAP and ProScanner will have the same end-user and coach dashboards, so you get the same amazing interactive, cloud based, web experience from both scanners.

Does SNAP offer Body Composition?
Yes

Does SNAP offer Body Circumference Measurements?
Yes
